Anterior open bite and overall alignment.

Anterior open bite, upper and lower crowding, Rk gave options. Ideal treatment would be braces with orthognathic surgery. Alternative option- extracting four bicuspids and start with braces then switch to Invisalign to finish the case.

The patient had four bicuspids extractions first, then upper and lower braces were bonded. After 10 months of braces and elastics the anterior bite closed. Chris was then switched to Invisalign to finish closing spaces and perfecting.

Patient had Upper and Lower braces with rubber bands for 22 months. She used our Dental Monitoring app and now has a custom time lapse morphing video of her treatment.

Cameryn, mom and pediatric dentist recommended her underbite be evaluated.

3 months of Invisalign treatment with minor repositioning of the teeth to reduce anterior dominance and increase broadness of smile. Tweaks were made in the design of the aligners to ensure non-interference with phonetics, allowing her to deliver speeches with her aligners in – with no issues.
